This website (askmaggiehale.com) and the Maggie Hale digital guides are published by Akouété, an individual seller based in France who sells digital educational PDFs through Payhip. Contact: support@askmaggiehale.com.
What we collect
- Your email address and first name (if you give it) when you request the free checklist.
- Purchase information when you buy. Checkout happens on Payhip; payments are processed by Payhip, PayPal or Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We receive your name, email and order details so we can deliver and support your purchase.
- Messages you send to our support address.
How we use it
- To send you the free checklist and occasional emails about leg strength, balance and our guides (you can unsubscribe at any time with one click).
- To deliver your download, handle refunds and answer questions.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
- MailerLite: stores email subscribers and sends our emails.
- Payhip, PayPal, Stripe: checkout, payment and file delivery, under their own privacy policies.
- Cloudflare: hosts this website and forwards support email.
Some providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union, with appropriate safeguards.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies. We do not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies, and the fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Payhip and payment providers may set their own cookies during checkout.
How long we keep it
Subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws such as California's), you may ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use. Email support@askmaggiehale.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
